Achievements   A contractual representation of a multinational company in selected markets across the MENA region where we are readily available for our client inquiries and provide a fast turnaround for any issues arising related to any regulatory affairs issue.  We registered numerous products for the company and provided opinions regarding the registrations of all products and inside local market information through our active involvement in the selected markets. When a client wished to enter the Egyptian market and wanted to register a medical device, we assessed the client’s needs and the products that the client needs to register.  Upon examination, despite the fact that the products need to be registered in foreign markets, we provided the client with the opinion that the products does not need to be registered in Egypt and may be imported directly.  We also handled all the required paperwork that is needed to import the products, therefore providing our client with a cost reduction avoiding wasted time in file preparation and waiting for a response from the authorized government entity, and handled all the paperwork in an unmatched time. When a client approached us with several problems in his registration dossier, we provided a quick technical and legal opinion regarding the registration status, providing on the spot technical solutions to registration issues, and assisted the client in the registration process from preparing the dossier until the registration of the products. After completing all filing requirements of a product of one of our clients, we attended the pricing committee that priced the product in a very favorable price for the client, thus providing an excellent turnover for the client for this product. We represent a huge number of local companies that are sole distributors or agents of several foreign companies in different markets across the MENA region.
